Cranberry Apple Sauce
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
4 medium apples diced
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Juice of half lemon
pinch salt
Simmer together gently for about 20 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
