- Besan - 1 cup
- Sliced onions
- coriander powder
- Ajwain
- Roasted jeera powder
- Salt to taste
- Methi
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bawl with few tea spoons of water and make small sized pakoda with a little bit of oil applied on your palms. For more crispness make sure you do not make them too wet.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200 degree.
- Place the pakodas on the small sheets of oiled aluminium foil (see picture below) and airfry for 5 minutes. After this give it a shake and keep for 5 more minutes, until all sides are golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
