INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
45 g butter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
pinch of salt
maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the milk, eggs and melted butter until smooth, Add the flour, baking powder and salt and continue mixing until you get a creamy batter.While you make the pancakes put the bacon in the oven to grill until crispy.
- Put a non stick pan on a low heat and pour from the batter until you get a round pancake, don't worry if the circle is not perfect they will get eaten anyway. You can make them as big or small as you like.
- Flip the pancake when it turns golden brown. You will notice little bubbles in the batter when the pancake is ready. Make sure you keep an eye on them because they cook really quick.
- Keep doing this until you finish all the batter, I made around 10 pancakes. When ready take the bacon out of the oven and place on a paper towel to get rid of the exes fat. serve hot with maple or golden syrup.
