Smoked Sausage Bacon Pepperoni Mozzarella Meatballs Recipe


INGREDIENTS

1 pound sausage (we used breakfast)
6 ounces bacon, cooked, chopped
4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
4 ounces mozzarella, shredded
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Marinara sauce, for serving

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat grill (or Big Green Egg smoker) to 300F. 
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch thick balls. Grill for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through. 
  3. Serve with warmed marinara.
