Sauteed Corned Beef And Cabbage Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2-3 cups chopped cabbage
  • 2 15oz cans Corned Beef
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cabbage and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage and pepper; cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with rice while still hot.
