INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2-3 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 15oz cans Corned Beef
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
- Add onion and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add cabbage and pepper; cover and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice while still hot.
