INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 kilo shrimp
- 3 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 jar of taba ng talangka (crab fat) or aligue
- 6 cups of cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
- 1/2 cup chopped garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Melt butter in a stir fry pan or wok.
- Saute onions and garlic.
- Add crab fat and cooked rice.
- Add the shrimps.
- Mix and cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
