Ingredients
- Chicken lollipop- 7 pieces.
- Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
- Cornflour – 1 tbsp.
- Flour – 1 tbsp.
- Egg(beaten) – 2.
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
- Soya sauce – 2 tsp.
- Salt -To taste.
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp.
- Paneer – 50 grms.
- Roasted cumin seed – 1 tsp.
- Salt – to taste .
- Sugar – ¼ tsp.
- Oregano- ¼ tsp.
- Parsley chopped – 1 tbsp.
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
- Black pepper – ¼ tsp.
To make Sauce:
- Soya Sauce – 1 tsp.
- Sweet & Sour Tomato sauce – 1 ½ tbsp..
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste.
Method
- Break each chicken wing into two parts at the joint.
- Take each part and pull back the meat from one end of the bone to the other carefully, making sure that you do not pull the meat completely out.
- In the bowl mix filling ingredients and mix well.
- Stuff paneer mixture in each lollipop.
- In a mixture bowl mix well soya sauce, beaten egg, smooth ginger – ginger paste, salt and black pepper, put each lollipop in it to marinate.
- Keep it for marinating for an hour.
- In another bowl mix flour and corn flour.
- After an hour roll the lollipop on corn flour – flour mixture and then bread cramps.
- When done, deep fry the chicken lollipop and keep aside.Now to make sauce take pan heat oil, then put garlic, ginger and white onion chopped into it. Stir it for a minute.
- Then mix soya sauce, sweet & sour tomato sauce, salt & white vinegar in a bowl & put into the pan.
- Then pore the chicken lollipop into pan carefully, mix for 1 minute.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onion.
