Spaghetti With Clam Sauce Recipe

Spaghetti with Clam Sauce



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 package of Barilla Spaghetti Gluten Free
  • 1 bottle 8 oz. Bumble Bee All Natural Clam Juice - gluten free
  • ½ cup Dry Riesling or any dry white wine
  • ½ teaspoon McCormick Red Pepper Flakes - gluten free
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped and more for garnish
  • 2 pounds Manila clams, scrubbed
  • salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a large pot, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. In a large deep skillet, combine oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Cook until garlic turns lightly brown. Add the clams and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the wine and clam juice, let simmer until clams opened about 5 minutes. Add the cilantro and season with salt. Place the spaghetti on a platter and top with the clams and sauce. Garnish with cilantro. Serve
