Pinoy Minatamis Na Saging (Sweetened Banana Recipe)

Ingredients:
10 bananas (saging na saba)
3 cups brown sugar
5 cups water
How to cook minatamis na saging:
1. Boil water in a large pot.
2. Add brown sugar and stir until diluted.
3. Add “saging na saba” and lower to a medium heat.
4. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until the syrup thickens.
5. Turn-off heat and allow the mixture to cool.
6. Serve with evaporated milk.
