Sweet And Spicy Chili Lime Salmon Recipe


Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb salmon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce (I used Annie Chun’s)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp basil
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to broiling.
  2. Place your salmon in a greased baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang sauce, lime juice, honey, olive oil and basil.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the salmon.
  5. Broil for about 5 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Enjoy!
