Ingredients
1pc saba, sliced
6pcs prawns, skewers
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Marinade
3tsp red miso paste
2tsp honey
2tsp sake
2tsp mirin
1tsp soy sauce
2g seaweed flakes
Method
1. Whisk together all of the marinade except half the seaweed flakes.
2. Thinly coat the miso sauce onto the each saba slice and prawns skewer.
3. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil. Place the marinade saba and prawns skewer.
4. Bake at 200C for about 8-10mins.
5. Sprinkle with seaweed flakes before serve with hot rice.
