INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo tahong
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup cheese, grated
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Boil the tahong until the shells open. Cut in half.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
- Mix butter and garlic.
- Cover the tray with foil and arrange tahong.
- Add the butter and garlic mixture on each tahong and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve.
