INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ham
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 30 whole cloves
- Place ham in a roasting pan on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Melt butter and mix with honey. Spread some of the liquid mixture on the ham (this is known as ‘basting’).
- Press the 30 whole cloves in to the ham at different spots. This will give the ham a nice seasoned flavor.
- Bake for three hours. Baste with the butter and honey mixture every 30 minutes for a deliciously moist, flavorful ham.
