INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg pork belly
- 3 tbsp coconut vinegar
- 1 pc onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- chilies
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup calamansi juice
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- salt to taste
- Grill pork belly until done and slice into strips.
- In a mixing bowl combine the following: garlic, ginger, onion, chilies and coconut vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the pork strips, stir and then sprinkle some salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle the calamansi juice and serve!
