Blackened Sole Fish Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 sole fillets
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tsp of all purpose seasoning (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Wash fish, pat dry and rub olive oil all over one side of fish evenly.
  3. Combine next five ingredients, sprinkle over one side of fish.
  4. Coat Baking Dish/Sheet with cooking spray and broil for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  5. Enjoy.
