Creamy Mushroom Scrambled Eggs Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add butter to a small frying pan and heat over medium.
  2. Beat eggs in a bowl until frothy.
  3. Once the pan is good and hot, add the eggs, stirring them frequently.
  4. When the eggs are almost finished, add the mushroom soup.
  5. Mix in as you continue stirring the eggs.
  6. Serve immediately.
